The Front Lobby is not open for drop off or pick-ups on Major Holidays. We provide care for your pets 365 days a year.
Reservations are required so please call ahead. We recommend you make reservations for busy holiday and vacation times well in advance, as these times fill up early.
All pets staying with us, or entering the facility for daycare or grooming services must have proof of current vaccinations.
For the safety of our boarding guests and our staff these must be provided prior to your pet's admittance to Liberty.

For Dogs: Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella vaccinations are required.
For Cats: Rabies, and Distemper are required.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
For changes or cancellations to reservations for busy summer or holiday periods, we require notification at least 5 business days prior to the first day of the reservation.
For changes or cancellations to reservations held for non-peak periods, we require notification at least 72 hours prior to the first day of the reservation.
If a deposit was required for your reservation, and your cancellation is made according to this policy, the deposit will be held as a credit for future services, or we will refund your deposit less a $5.00 Cancellation Fee. Deposits are not refundable if you change or cancel a stay without required notification.
If you fail to notify us of a change to your reservation, you will be charged for your full reserved time.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you do not notify us of a delay in your drop-off time/date and you do not show on your scheduled drop-off day for your reservation.
If you do not call to cancel a reservation, you will be charged for the full reserved time.

GENERAL HEALTH OF OUR GUESTS
Pets arriving with fleas, ticks or other visible parasites must be treated (at the owner's expense) before admission to the kennel.
Liberty Canine Care Center LLC reserves the right to refuse boarding to any animal that is in visibly poor health, or is excessively aggressive, noisy or unmanageable.
